Reply:IF YOU TYPE PRINTERS into the search engine a whole list of printers will come up.. kwik copy was really chepa for printing.. but if you type printers into the search engine.. you will geta whole list of them to compare prices from
Reply:A friend of mine used Vista Print. She got 250 business cards for free. She chose one of the available free designs and then input all of her business information (It's a residential cleaning business in NYC). All she paid for was shipping and it was 4.99 at the time. You can also order custom cards or a bigger order and pay for them, but they are reasonably priced.
Godd Luck

Where can I send my business cards for fillers/advertising?
Check with local coupon distributors and/or chamber of commerce. Sometimes they sponsor a welcome wagon that sends a goodie bag to new residents.

Do I have a market online for business cards?
You could make a MASSIVE ( and I mean Muh haa sah hiv) amount of money just by competing with the local printers in your hometown.
Get your own business cards out there to get the word out. You can talk to the "decision maker" of any business establishment and just ask if they'd be kind enough to let you make a bid on their next printing.
I guarantee you will have work coming out your ears in a short amount of time.
Also, remember that your job is not just to sell priunting....sell solutions to problems.....learn how to create business cards that create consumer response. Same with post cards and brochures...do that, and they will come back to you over and over.
I know, because its exactly what I did when I started out.
Good luck to you

How do I set up Blank Business Cards on Word in Portrait View?
I am trying to put local hotel information on one side of the business card and a map to the Wedding Location on the other. I think Portrait View or (up and down) will allow the most space for what I need. The templates already have prexisting textboxes and graphic stuff I do not know how to remove.
How do I set up Blank Business Cards on Word in Portrait View?
go to: Tools; Envelopes and Labels.
Click on the label tab, click on the label preview and choose one of the business card templates.
Make sure "Full page of the same label" is selected and then click on New Document.
This will give you an empty template that you can put what you want on it.

I have started my own business and need to create business cards to save costs on my pc
I need to create business cards on my pc?
I use stationary that is specially perforated for business cards and Microsoft Publisher. It's fun!
Reply:WHY? Creating your own business card is NOT good for business.
1. EVERYONE can tell they are home-made
2. Costs more than going to a good print shop! (average $86 per thousand as you buy paper at HIGH price and cheap paper SUCKS ink!)
3. Go Pro ... Do it yourself is oft times BAD!

Reply:I designed my own business cards when I started my business.
I used Print shop. I recommend that if you can't find a logo in the art work and don't have the artistic ability yourself check your local high school art dept. It helps the student with a little income and looks great on their resume for college or art institute. I am fortunate to have two wonder full artistic children in my home both in college always looking to earn a little extra money. My son however came through for nothing then asked if he could use it for a project in his marketing class this year. I couldn't say no since it was free.
Reply:You need a graphic editing software like Photoshop or firworks and you need the skills to use the software to create the card as you want it. Or you can sketch/describe the card and send it to me, i can have my friend or myself work on it for free for you!

What is the difference between personal credit cards and business credit cards?
I have a few personal credit cards and I want to consolidate them. I also am self-employed, but I dont' have a business credit card; although I get LOTS of ads for them in the mail. I've always wondered, what is the difference? Are there different rules or fees? Can you only use them for business purchases? Do you have to spend a certain amount to keep them?
Any advice appreciated...
What is the difference between personal credit cards and business credit cards?
Personal credit cards are issued to "Persons" and the person is the respondent.(Owes the money.) The business card is issued to a "Business" for the purpose of charging items related to or for that business..Normally business cards are fully paid on a monthly or quarterly basis and are never used for personal things. The respondent is the business (Although a person is normally required to sign for and guaranty the debt on behalf of the company.) If you are a small business, and have a business tax ID number and business license, there may be tax advantages to using a business credit card for payment of all your business related items..Easy way to keep track of your expenses, plus you will get a monthly or quarterly statement from the credit card company which is your receipt for monies spent for your business....Good Luck !
Reply:I too have a small business. One thing that is nice about a business credit card is that they send you quarterly reports with the expenses broken down into categories. It makes some accounting paperwork a lot easier. The fees tend to be about the same. My business account also gives nice cash back bonuses.
Reply:The fees and spending limits for one thing and business credit cards are usually associated with a business and not a given individual, but a business credit card will be tied to the business owner for credit purposes. Business Amex has an annual fee that must be paid and pretty high interest charges, so it's not a card for everyday use.
Reply:Personally, I would not want to mix business with personal. Technically, you can do it, but that is not the purpose. You could also mess up your record keeping for the biz. I hope that you are not doing it just to try to get rid of it %26amp; for credit problems. If so, you could be ruining your biz credit also, as it puts the burden on it %26amp; removes it from you.
Reply:You don't have a business (Unless you have employees)
Reply:I believe that a business credit card is offered thru your employer and can be unlimited depending on the business. The APR will depend on that business as are personal APR's. Best to call your personal credit card company and ask them. They'll know.
Reply:Obviiously some in this question dont know anything.
A business can have one single person (No employees except self).

How to write a program in C++ that prints out business cards and the program should print out 8 per page?
When printing out the business card it needs to include name, address, phone number(s), and email. Each page needs to contain 8 business card in two columns of four cards.
How to write a program in C++ that prints out business cards and the program should print out 8 per page?
I agree with the other people here - you aren't asking for something simple.
My billing rate is $85 per hour; I estimate that this project will require 12-24 hours to accomplish. If it takes longer, you still have to pay.
Or, you could do as the other gentleman suggested, that is, read a book and do some actual work yourself.
Reply:How to write a C++ program? Learn C++. Buy a book. Google "c++ tutorial".
Reply:if you cant figure this out for yourself yet, dont even bother asking here, cause first off most of these people dont even know anything about code they are mostly teenagers with no interest in it. second you will have a bunch of code you dont understand and the person who actually takes the time to write it out on here for you will probably make typos and you wont know how to fix them cause you wont know what you are doing with it. in the end it would be easier to learn how to do it yourself. buy some programming books and learn to code for yourself. or hire someone to do the job for you.
or you can get a program that already exists such as microsoft works. type up your business cards in there and you will be set.
however you would probably need your basic computer knowledge to figure it out. take a microsoft office course. that kind of course is good for anyone.

They offer free business cards, just pay shipping, which is not much. You would probably pay as much for paper to print them yourself, plus they look professional. You can choose from a few different designs.
Hope that helps!

Does the President of The United States carry Business Cards?
Several years ago I happened to be in the office of a very, very well known CEO is the software industry. Much to my surprise, this gentleman had business cards on his desk! Why was I surprised? Well, I thought to myself "This man actually is one of the more famous people in the world...beyond that, there is simply NO WAY he would EVER be in a room with someone who did nto already know who he is...and certainly ZERO CHANCE that anyone he would find a need to give a business card to would not already know who he is....". Here is a man who would literally need no introduction...certainly not to anyone he'd ever actually be likely to meet...so why have business cards?
That lead me to think - what other obviously famous people for whom business cards might be superfluous carry them? Does POTUS have business cards??
Hence the question...and I have wondered for years...

Yes and stationary too. Write a good, meaningful letter and see if he responds.
Reply:YES!!HE HAS TO SO HE CAN REMEMBER HIS OWN NAME.
Reply:Well his advisors tell him they are business cards, but really they are just cards with his home address in case he gets lost again, like the time he did when he invaded the wrong country.
Reply:Yes. Bush got his from Parker Brothers (monopoly)!
Reply:I would think he would...he is a bussiness man...He probley doesnt want to write down on a napkin his 20 different phone numbers.

How can I know if my business credit cards are personally guaranteed? I don't have copies of the original applications and I don't want to call the cards to ask (because it may impact me negatively). Is there something in the Terms %26amp; Conditions of the cards that I should look for?

Is your business a corporation? Does it have a D%26amp;B rating?
If not, my guess is that you personally guaranteed those credit cards.
Reply:Yes business is a corporation and I remember checking that off on the Application. Question is how do I know for sure without asking the credit card cust service people suspicious questions?

What is the difference between personal credit cards and business credit cards?
Business credit cards allow to control business expenses and separate them from individual expenses. Consider some thing before you choose one:
1. Be sure to comparison shop the bank cards offered by Visa and MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Check interest rates, fees and grace periods for payment. Some bank cards partner with hotel chains and restaurants to offer you additional discounts.
2. Analise how you will use the card. If you travel often to meet clients, find a card that provides the most travel benefits and frequent flier miles - those cost-savings can really add up at the end of the year.Compare card programs offered directly by the airlines. Some let you redeem miles on any company while others have restrictions on which airline you can use it. (for example CitiBusiness Premier Pass let you choose any airline that is convenient to your business needs)
3. If you don't travel much but still need to entertain clients, you'll want a card that offers discounts to restaurants or gift merchandise as opposed to a card that mostly gives discounts on standard business supplies or computer equipment.
4. Check with companies like FedEx Kinkos, Staples to see which credit card companies they deal with.
Pay the card off in full each month to obtain the most benefit out of it. Interest charges can quickly add up and wipe out any cash back savings you might gain.
I hope it will help you...
Reply:The interest rate tends to be lower on a business credit card. There are usually no fees anyway (any credit card company that charges an annual fee is not a company you want to get a credit card from). For businesses, it is important to keep personal purchases separate from business purchases, for legal (alter-ego) reasons.
Reply:There is really no difference, just one says business, and the other say personal

Now that i have business cards what is the best way to distribute them?
Just recieved cards for my photography business
what would be the very best way to distribute them for both gigs and sales?
my site www.shutterfly.com/pro/your/photographer
Now that i have business cards what is the best way to distribute them?
They are called contacts. Everywhere you go there will be contacts. Just ask questions. Anyone you know need a photographer? Did you over hear someone mention an upcoming wedding. A man in a suit mentioned the awards dinner.
Get into the local Chamber of Commerce, they are always having grand openings, presentations, ETC
Happy Hunting
Reply:cards are best distributed in person, by you or by a referral. Sending them out randomly is a waste of time.
Reply:It really depends on who your audience is. I highly suggest the cork boards at colleges, or if you want good business, pass them out to well- to do people. Create contacts that would be interested in the business and "give them your card". Classic move!

Examples of business cards for a lawyer?
I'm making a business card for a school project and I want to make one as an attorney. I'm not sure what information to put on it.
Examples of business cards for a lawyer?
You put name. address, phone and fax numbers. Also mention what type of law as family, criminal or whatever he is parcticing. Keep it simple and not too flashy. You want it to look professional. I worked for 13 years cutting business cards. Phone and fax numbers are usually in the corners either top or bottom with the name centered and the specialty under the name.
Reply:You could:
Go to an attorney's office and ask for one.
They will probably have what most business cards have.
Name, qualifications (degrees, accreditation's), address, phone/cell/fax numbers, web site/email info.
Check the yellow pages of the phone book, the ads should have the same kind of information that you are looking for.
Reply:Contact an attorney, and ask him.
Reply:You could call the firm "The Despicable Law Firm” and have a picture of pond scum. Their address could be on Liar Lane. I hope those ideas help.

Where can I get really nice, prestigious business cards and how much, roughly, can I expect to pay?
I'm after about 50-100 really nice business cards, on top-notch card and in good ink, with a nice font.
All that will be on them is a phone number and maybe a first name. I'm in Britain, so it'll either have to be a British firm or over the web- but all the internet sources I can find are budget, mass produced things.
Thanks!

What business credit cards are not attached to my personal credit?
Hello, I am trying to find out how to build my business credit without being attached to my personal credit score. I would like to know if anybody has information regarding what credit cards are available to do this. I would love any free information or links to sites that can tell me how to build my business credit. Thanks!!
What business credit cards are not attached to my personal credit?
People think once they screw up their own personal credit the next thing they can do is have a business and get credit that way but it doesn't work like that. Your personal social security number and credit rating are going to be used to extablish credit when you start out and even well beyond.

Reply:A true business credit card is a line of credit that is taken in the name of the business, under the business' credit. Activity, whether good or bad, is reflected on your business' credit report through D%26amp;B and other financial institutions, and the liability for any debts incurred and bills owed is with the business.
However, some companies out there offer "business" credit cards which they require a person guarantee for. These institutions will often ask for a personal guarantee, and will almost always ask for a social security number from the person applying for the card. If this is the case, the credit card is not a business credit card, but is simply a personal credit card which is used for the business. The business is not liable for bills and debts - you are.
When applying for a credit card for your business, watch out for areas asking for your SSN (and not your TaxID or EIN) and be wary of any credit card that asks for a personal guarantee. By ensuring that your credit card is in the name of your business, you can help to build your business' credit, while avoiding creating problems with your own.
Many companies offer a list of credit cards that are issued under the business name only. Those lists typically run $300-$900, depending on the quality of the information inquiring. I would suggest starting your search online via google or yahoo. Search for "strong business credit" (just like that in quotes) to find services that sell the information.
Good luck,

Reply:Spock is correct. Until your business has an established track record with vendors, time in business and how your business is formed, you will be held responsible for any credit your business receives.
An alternative is to check with the bank where you have your business checking account. They may give you a credit card that also has your business name on it to use for your business expenses. Understand, the bank will follow its policies on granting credit to you and yes, your credit report will be what they base your business credit limit on.
Reply:Once your business is big enough you should find a card that isn't cosigned by the owner. I work for a large company and we don't have any company cards except home depot and office depot, vendors give you 30 days to pay. Business is judged differently than people they go by your business's Dun and Bradstreet score not a FICO score.
Small business is going to be guaranteed by the owners personal assets. Some of our vendors require a corporate officer to sign the credit application. It isn't a problem because officers know if the business is going to pay the vendors.

How do i make my own business cards and print them online your self?
It depends on how complicate you want it to be. If you just want a little picture or some lettering, then you can do it on most printing website. And how many are you printing?
You can print business card by yourself using MS Word. Avery (the paper company) sells the pre-cut business card, and you use the template to print off your own printer.
When you get fancy, you can use photoshop or whatever software to make PDF file, and you can use it to print. Make sure you have high enough resolutions.

I would like to have some business cards printed and would like nice nice ones but not to expensive any suggestions where to get some?
Where in Scarborough can I buy decent inexpensive business cards?
I would recommend http://www.overnightprints.com/ they will send you samples if you are concerned about the quality.
Reply:Why don't you go to Vista.com. You get 250 of them free and you can make them anyway you want. All you have to do is pay for shipping (under 5.00) I did just to see if I could. It's real easy.
Reply:Usually major Office supply houses such as STAPLES, OFFICE DEPOT, etc
offer b.cards at a reasonable rate -- especially if you deduct shipping costs
incurred by web sites etc. Also, check your local newspaper and "Thrifty Nickle" or local Ad Paper. Check tele book for "printing" -- also a good
source, but make sure the equipment is right so you don't end up with
"torn off edge cards". Use your phone and figure fuel costs saved from all your wild goose chases to save $5-$10. Good Luck.

Psychology behind colours used in letterhead / business cards, etc?
Does anyone know of some basic rules for the psychology behind logos / fonts / colours (particularly colour) used in letterheads / business cards, etc?
I'm trying to design something to use in my conservative business which is legal industry based, but I'm not sure where to start.
Any ideas?
Psychology behind colours used in letterhead / business cards, etc?
go to the internet and look for the Color Test. it provides you with the definitions/psychology of each color.
Reply:Ideas?
Start with a professional who's been educated and has experience using color as it relates to visual/graphic communications.
We'll leave the legal things to you, so why not leave the logo/graphic design to us.

Any place that sells printer paper usually carries business card paper as well. You can design them on the computer and just print them out on your printer.

Can someone help me with wording on my business cards?
I am a handyman that sees an opportunity in a niche market. As a condition of sale for many home sales, the buyer asks that certain deficiencies be remedied. I'd like to target RE agents, and print on my business cards that I specialize in remediation of these deficiencies. The problem is that I can't find a concise way of saying it.
Any ideas?

"Home inspection issues? call me"
"Buyers need a quick fix on your listing? call me"
something along those lines, maybe that gave you an idea or 2?

What would be the best background for a business card for a detailing company that does all commodities... cars, trucks, suvs, rvs, planes, boats, and we also pressure wash. we are having trouble coming up with a catchy and professional background for our flyers and our business cards.. any suggestions???? HELP ME PLEASE!
Business Cards?
How about organizing same-sized graphics of the vehicles in a circle? A circle implies whole, which kind of communicates you do it all. They'll have to be good quality graphic images to pull it off on a small card, but I think it can be done for sure on flyers.
Good luck.
Reply:What about corn, hogs, and one of MY FAVORITES! - Oranges! You can make a KILLING in oranges IF! you know what you're doing. Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha!
Reply:Solid Colors are always good. It all depends on how much information you will have on the cards.
You should go with dark blue colors, close to the water colors.
Also try to put shiny car on background. Almost invisible Ferrari or BMW.

I want to print INDIVIDUAL business cards/Appointment card for my patients. Is there a special printer that will do single business cards?
Business Cards?
Go to business store like Staples or Best Buy and get a box of business cards. They come on a 8 1/2 x 11 sheet, 6 on each page. For example Avery Labels #5911. The size of the individual cards should be 2" x 3.5". They are perforated for easy removal. You can set the printer to print on each of the six spaces, so you can do individual cards.
It is not the printer ... the need is with software. If you are running WORD the business cards template is accessed in the Labels window. By using the template you don't have to set margins and spacing.
Open WORD, go TOOLS\LETTERS AND MAILINGS\
ENVELOPES AND LABELS. Click the LABELS tab and in the OPTIONS section, choose the Business Card product number that you bought at the store.
Good luck.
Reply:Go to a professional Printer and buy them exactly how you want. Saves buying a new printer and a lot of fooling around.
Reply:man print on big one and cut it..
it will save u r cost to papers and buy new printer

What benefit is there to having those flat, lifeless computer-generated cards? Why not have your business cards professionally printed?
I think I know why. You don't want to spend the extra money. Believe me, its worth the investment.
Thanks for asking your Q! I enjoyed taking the time to answer it!

Reply:What do mean by "colored"? Are you looking for one or two colors or do want something like a color photo? For simple color any local printer can probably do them for you. If you want full blown color, some small shops can do them for you, but you may have to look around a little. Just take them a digital file or a sample and see if they can scan it and create a file to work from. Another source is the Internet. There are many online printers and the cost may be a lot less because they "gang run" jobs. In other words, they put many jobs on a large sheet and run them all at once. But beware. There are a lot of hacks doing online printing and you may not like the finished product. And you pay up front before the job is delivered which makes disputes difficult. The biggest problem I've seen with internet work though, is the fact that in order for the job to look good the submitted file has to be in the proper format to look it's best. If you don't have any graphic arts experience you may want to pay a little more to have a professional prepare the file correctly. I can recommend several online printers whose work I have seen and know they do good work. Just contact me through Y/A.

How do I find people who need business cards?
I am a designer in Kansas City who creates full color business cards, but I just don't know HOW to sell them to businesses. I go door to door to each business (hair salons, bakerys, Car Dealerships, etc.) Pretty much every store on the block.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong. I walk in, show them my business card compared to theirs, and explain that they are really inexpensive and personalized. I've only sold about 8 card designs in 3 months. WHY CAN'T I SELL MORE!!
It's not the designs either because people are awed by my previously made cards.
HELP PLEASE!!
How do I find people who need business cards?
I'm with an agency in Houston; I'd network in networking groups like BNI.com (we do that and get a ton of business)
EVERYONE needs business cards....
Reply:It's all in the presentation. Small business owners have limited dollar amounts- you need a competitive price and a proven track record of increasing sales.

Any ideas?
Can someone help me with wording on my business cards?
"Fixing Whats Broken, Before The Deal Is"
Reply:what's wrong with how you word it in your question? i have business cards made all the time and i have seen many, many examples of cards for people specializing in one thing or another.
i think you should just put "specializing in remedying deficiencies" or something like "remedy specialists"
hope this helps...i'll brainstorm and see if i can come up with something more clever :)
Reply:We fix what's wrong.

Where can I find a business card template for Mac on the web so I can print my own business cards?
I'm making some business cards to advertise for a friend's party, because it's less annoying than a flyer and it's novel enough most people should remember it. We want to mix it up and put different random stuff on the cards, so we don't want to order business cards because they cost too much and we don't need that many. I'm going to try and space them out in Word and just cut them myself, but I was wondering if anyone knew someplace I could download a free template or program to make them myself.
Where can I find a business card template for Mac on the web so I can print my own business cards?
check out Avery office products, you can get them at FedEx Kinko's, Staples, OfficeMax, etc...
They have sheets you put in your home printer and can get that professional look and feel. they also have templates that either come on a CD-rom in the packaging or they are on the website.

Where can I sell my old business cards?
i'm trying to find some kind of way to make money from my old business cards.
Where can I sell my old business cards?
errrrr
Find someone who wants to do the business you used to do, sell them the name, your name, your house and your telephone number.
Then sell them your business cards
Reply:scrap paper merchant; unless they are gold embossed! If that's all you got to think about.....
Reply:Unlicensed dentists trade them everyday at eBay...mainly they're used for cheap floss.
Also, in Florida, there's an artist who collects old business cards for his massive, multi-year art project. Look him up.

Graphic Designer : How much to charge for designing business cards?
I am a freelance Graphic Designer and was wondering what the going rate is for designing a business card?
Graphic Designer : How much to charge for designing business cards?
When I design anything for a client, I always ask them the following questions to determine the price. First of all, what type of color are they wanting? Full process color? Spot color? Greyscale?
Do they have a logo or do they need one designed for them?
The pricing for a business card should vary depending on the amount of work you put into it. When deciding on pricing for a brochure for your freelance work, you should say, for example, business cards- $50 and up.
Reply:i've done basics for $35 but can go much higher depending on what else you have to do - shoot photos, purchase a stock photo, do involved lettering or create a specific design. it can go up past $100 if it's going to take a few hours rather than just bang one out.
Reply:Is logo design involved?
for a complete stationery solution (minus print) i charge £600
before i quote id typically set a ceiling on how much time the client gets with me otherwise all of the endless iterations will cost YOU money!
Reply:£200
Reply:If you are any good, aruond £60 per hour.
If you are just familiar with using photoshop etc and just place things, around £25 per hour.
You should never give a blanket price for a job becuase some take much longer than others and you need to cover for this.
Speak to the client before hand an get an idea of what's involved, and then work out how long and a cost.
Reply:I think the machines charge about £2.50 for a hundred cards.
Reply:£25/hour would be the going rate currently.
Reply:Last day I browse this site http://www.agentsofvalue.com/ you can make it as a reference to see how much they charge for hiring a graphic artist.

UK- Where can I get good, design your own business cards from?
I'm starting up a business and really need some good cards. Don't have much money so want to keep cost to a minimum. I know about free cards, but I think they have 'free cards by ...' on the back and they're thin card so look unprofessional. Any one know any good free card providers or cheap card providers? They don't need to be really thick, just fit for purpose!
UK- Where can I get good, design your own business cards from?

250 cards for £13
Reply:Printing the cards is not the problem, but designing and the exact copy to be read is the challenge. Do not let a designer get carried away. I suggest using a typeface that is easy to read and of a size that allows the reader to read without straining. Too often have I seen the designer get "artsy" and create a card that is difficult to read and/or uses the wrong color scheme. Color is almost as important to the effect as the content! Make it easy on the reader, whatever you do.
I suggest that you look at many different cards and decide what components you like the most about them, and narrow the decision from there.
You can email me directly if you would like more information on this, as I am a printing salesman in addition to my other duties.

Open Office has an extremely good free to use and distribute product at http://www.openoffice.org
It contains programmes fully functional in Word-processing, Database, Spreadsheets, Drawing and Presentation. It looks and feels like Microsoft Office and can even make PDF's
Reply:Hi,
Yes!
All you have to do is go to a Staples, Comp USA, Best Buy, Circuit City, Office Depot, etc and buy some business cards.
I purchaced the Matte White Buisiness Cards from Avery.
( I seem to remember a CD being in the package) but for sure there was a download from their website of a free program that allows you to create the business cards.
The free version has a bunch of stuff and if you have access to a graphics program like photoshop or PSP you can do stuff in either of those programs and import the graphics into B-card program.
There was a printer calibration card included.
Reply:cant u just use word?
Reply:My wife did that. Um, let's see, yea, I think there's a facility with 'Home Publishing' that comes with the Windows 98 package. I have to say, though, I bought 1000 buisness cards for something like $60.00, they were *excellant* quality......... Come to think of it, there is a fair chance that Microsoft Word will do it, as far as I remember it's all to do with the printing; when you print there should be a facility for printing in buisness card size.
Reply:Check it out at www.download.com
Reply:hmm Corel Draw or Freehand Mx is something u can use.
But these programs r pretty pricey if u r gonna use it for one time then it wont be worth it.
U you need a vectoral program such as the ones i mentioned... its a prof way to it. Use Word ( Window office ) Or head to download.com

I want to start a small business making business cards and invitations?
I am good at making business cards and I'm creative enough to maybe do invitations. Maybe even resumes. Can anybody tell me how I can get something started. I know i have to have a business proposal and all that but where could i get the grant for this . Just tell me the beginning steps. please
I want to start a small business making business cards and invitations?
To start I think maybe you should check out SBA they give loans, and help small businesses. The SBA link goes to their business plan section, it gives every step needed to get started.

There are several easy programs for making and creating business card and invitations. I like and use Print Shop and this website

First of all --- go to your library or buy "The E-Myth" written by Michael Gerber. He will give you very clear outline how to work ON your business not IN your business.
