I have started my own business and need to create business cards to save costs on my pc

I need to create business cards on my pc?
I use stationary that is specially perforated for business cards and Microsoft Publisher. It's fun!
Reply:WHY? Creating your own business card is NOT good for business.


1. EVERYONE can tell they are home-made


2. Costs more than going to a good print shop! (average $86 per thousand as you buy paper at HIGH price and cheap paper SUCKS ink!)

Reply:I designed my own business cards when I started my business.


I used Print shop. I recommend that if you can't find a logo in the art work and don't have the artistic ability yourself check your local high school art dept. It helps the student with a little income and looks great on their resume for college or art institute. I am fortunate to have two wonder full artistic children in my home both in college always looking to earn a little extra money. My son however came through for nothing then asked if he could use it for a project in his marketing class this year. I couldn't say no since it was free.
Reply:You need a graphic editing software like Photoshop or firworks and you need the skills to use the software to create the card as you want it. Or you can sketch/describe the card and send it to me, i can have my friend or myself work on it for free for you!
