Can a real estate agent be successful without placing his face on business cards, website, shopping carts lol etc....?

It's very popular to put your face along with name and cell number on everything. It's the difference between branding and marketing.





You want to build a brand name for yourself as a Realtor. That means that every bit of advertising needs to include the same things. Mostly it's your pic. However, if you don't want to put your face, it could be a logo or another pic such as a luxury home.





It does seem a bit cheesy, but it does work. You need to separate yourself from the other real estate agents. You do this by branding.
Reply:Put a picture of you're pet on the card instead. If you don't have a pet, put a picture of a cute little doggie anyway.
Reply:Only put it on there if you're at least half as handsome as I. Otherwise, you may scare them off.
Reply:You put your photo onthe card to help people remember you later in the week when they pull out your card and try to remember which agent you were. Of course with a name like triple nipple, you probably won't have that problem...





... or maybe there's a more compelling reason to include a photo of the 3rd nip!
Reply:Certainly. Just put 2% sellers realtor fee on there.
Reply:I have refinanced my home 4 times since I bought it. Only one person had his pic on his card.





Besides most people find agents over the net and I know they don't show pic there.
Reply:Don't do it if you don't want to. No other business does this but real estate. I don't understand why. The biggest thing in the ads is not the houses, but the agent's picture. I think it is unprofessional.
Reply:The only place I think it's sutable to have your picture is for modelling and acting.... otherwise... it's all about business.
