I am a handyman that sees an opportunity in a niche market. As a condition of sale for many home sales, the buyer asks that certain deficiencies be remedied. I'd like to target RE agents, and print on my business cards that I specialize in remediation of these deficiencies. The problem is that I can't find a concise way of saying it.
Any ideas?
Can someone help me with wording on my business cards?
"Home inspection issues? call me"
"Buyers need a quick fix on your listing? call me"
something along those lines, maybe that gave you an idea or 2?
Reply:What area do you cover? state the cities. I can help if we are in the same area.
