Where can I get really nice, prestigious business cards and how much, roughly, can I expect to pay?

I'm after about 50-100 really nice business cards, on top-notch card and in good ink, with a nice font.





All that will be on them is a phone number and maybe a first name. I'm in Britain, so it'll either have to be a British firm or over the web- but all the internet sources I can find are budget, mass produced things.
