2. Make the business card something useful like a calendar on the back or something that lists holidays so that they will continue to look at it.





3. The business card should be iconic and possibly if you can direct you to a Web site that tells more about you. The alternative is a CD or flash media business card which can a media presentation of your business.

1) Take them to a stadium and sit in the upper bowl and throw many handfuls down. You'll probably get busted by the stadium, but if you don't mind that, you're golden. You could also make the people below you angry. Depends on how much you care.


2) Depending on what your business is, go to a place where you know many people who might be interested in your services will be and put them on their cars.


3) Go to small and busy businesses that are used by your target consumer in your target area and ask them if they'd mind if you put some card holders on their counters. Pick businesses that aren't competitive, obviously.

1. I alway give the customer at least three and ask them to hand a cuople to somebody they think would use my service.





2. Buy a whole bunch of magnets ( walmart office supply section) that you can stick the business card to. The customer can take these home and stick them on the fridge. I always ask my customers how they heard about me. The other day a guy said " oh, this is my buddies house you just picked me up at. Your business card was stuck to his fridge."





3. Use a good, heavy card stock. Don't make the cheap ones at home. And use as many bright colors as possible. This minimizes the chance of your card getting filed in the trash can!
