Can anyone tell me how to create my own business cards through MS Word?

I did it a long time ago, but I can't remember how anymore! Thanks!

Can anyone tell me how to create my own business cards through MS Word?
You have a couple of options, do you want to create a card and have it printed, or do you want to create a card and print it yourself on you inkjet or laser printer?

If you are trying to do it yourself I would go to office depot and pick up some business cards like these: http://www.officedepot.com/ddSKU.do?leve...

The package will have instructions on setting up a word document for printing the cards 10 at a time.

If you want to outsource your printing, I suggest you use Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, etc. Make sure you design your card in 300dpi resolution if you are sending it to a large commercial printer or your cards will be pixilated.

If you have further questions email me gene at itworksomaha dot com.
Reply:MS word is fine for creating a simple business card. cards. You can either copy the measurements and format from a business card that you like, or check on Microsoft.com for templates - they're free, and there's a pretty decent selection. Also, I believe Avery.com has templates too, which are helpful if you are using Avery paper to print, it will match perfectly.
Reply:You can do it in MS Word, but it's not the best tool for it.

Just set the document size to 2.5 x 3 (I think that's the size) and start putting text in. Save it as a .pdf and you're ready to go. Make sure you keep text and images away from the edge by at least an 1/8 of an inch. I designed mine (in 4 color) and had them printed CHEAP at the website below.

Let me know if I can help anymore...

Good Luck!
