How to design Tear off , Business cards with perforated borders for easy tearing in Indesign?

I have been asked to create a page with one whole row dedicated to business cards, which can be torn off. ie the edges shud be perforated. The opposing row contains the details of the respective company . How do I design the tear off sides.

This sounds like a production question. You would need to create a die-line for this, a separate file with all the perfs indicated.





You should talk to the Printer to make sure they have the equipment necessary to do this and maybe ask if they already have a die-line for what you want. It'll end up saving your client money if they already have a die-line.
Reply:You would need pre-perforated paper, or a machine that can perforate paper. However, if you had either of those, you wouldn't be here asking.... The other option of course is to hire in a third-party printing company to do that part of it for you - but it'll cost.
