What is the best type of computer to buy when you love to sell on ebay and print out business cards?

I'm thinking Pentium 4 3.0ghz... won't it be obsolete in 5 years? Along with it's working parts, I mean with the motherboard and all that?

As for the topic, it doesn't matter what kind of computer you buy as long as it can access the internet at high-speed, which all modern PCs can do.
